Kundalini yoga, or the "Yoga of Awareness," (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is a blend physical and meditative practices, which incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam (meaning "truth is my identity)." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness Kundalini offers a space between emotion & reaction so that we can make decisions out of the neutral, instead of the reactive mind. Every class will have a set of exercises, relaxation with sound and a meditation. Drop in $20. Each session runs 8 weeks.
