Are you afraid of falling? Looking to improve your balance and strength? Come on down and have some fun listening to music and getting fit with friends. This is a class that involves basic everyday movements to improve range of motion, flexibility, muscle strength and balance. Equipment includes: resistance band, 9” mini ball and your choice of dumbbell weight between 1-10 lbs.

Bombay Jam Dance Fitness
Ready for Bollywood inspired aerobics? Bombay Jam is an energetic 60 min fitness class which offers a total body dance workout that incorporates cardio and toning. Participants will burn loads of calories and learn some dance moves as they groove to high energy Bollywood tunes! No prior dance experience is required.
