Description:
The Town of Los Altos Hills is seeking a proposal from a qualified architect, engineer or architectural or engineering firm (Consultant) to provide design and construction services for Phase 2 of the Town Hall Addition Project, which includes the construction of approximately 2,000 square feet of additional floor area at the south end of the Los Altos Hills Town Hall building. The work includes completion of the design development phase, preparation of a complete set of construction drawings, specifications and contract bid documents that set forth in detail the requirements for construction, and construction administration support through completion.

Responses must conform to the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP), and the Town reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not comply with this RFP. All Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020. The Proposal shall address and include all elements outlined in this RFP.
