Standing Committees

The Town of Los Altos Hills offers residents many opportunities to contribute to its direction and vision and to making the Town a place that it is the best it can be for all who call it home. Residents are invited to weigh in on major initiatives and suggest beneficial improvements for the Town. Residents can address the City Council at all meetings, and volunteers serve on a variety of committees. The meetings of the standing committees follow California’s Open Meeting Laws (PDF) (also known as the Ralph M. Brown Act).

You can make a difference by becoming a volunteer member of a Town Advisory committee. The Town can benefit greatly from your expertise, enthusiasm, and civic pride. Get involved and play an active role. If you are interested in participating in any of the Committees below, please email the City Clerk, Deborah Padovan. Fill out an application form.
