Trick or Treat and Tour Town Hall Open to Trick or Treaters of all ages! This is an exciting opportunity for your child to dress up in their Halloween Costume and tour Town Hall offices, Heritage House, Council Chambers and the Parks and Recreation Building. We may even run into our elected officials and City Manager during your visit. Staff will have treats along the way.
