The Town of Los Altos Hills has launched a new online and mobile application for request management system, Los Altos Hills Connect to provide residents with an effortless way to participate in community-based reporting via their smartphone, other mobile devices or from their desktop computers. If you come across a problem, snap a picture, and send it to us via Los Altos Hills Connect. These issues will automatically be directed into our database system and channeled to the correct department to be resolved. It also allows you to track it and engage other members of the community. The Town will provide updates as they are acknowledged and resolved.
